We recommend enrolling in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist before enrolling in PAP so a case manager can determine if you’re eligible based on your insurance. I’m getting my Takeda Oncology medication from a specialty pharmacy. How is that different from a regular pharmacy?
Specialty pharmacies usually handle the delivery of medications for complicated diseases that need more attention. They may also offer additional services such as helping you stay on schedule with your medicine, following up with your doctor, and providing information about financial assistance.
What is the difference between Medicare and Medicaid?
Medicare and Medicaid are both government health insurance programs, but they serve different groups. Medicare is for people aged 65 years and older, some younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease. Medicaid is funded by a partnership between states and the federal government and is for people who qualify as low income.
